Biographical Info I graduated Alfred University completing a dual major in Business Administration and Economics in 1968 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Upon completion of college, I attended The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois and received a Doctor of Laws Degree in 1971; during law school I attended and completed the study of International Law at The Peace Palace, at The Hague Academy of International Law in Brussels, Belgium. I was accepted as a Judicial Clerk by The Hon. William O’Connor and completed a clerkship at the Ocean County Courthouse. Thereafter, I applied for and was accepted as an Assistant County Prosecutor. After 5 years in litigation, I entered private practice. I built a very active litigation and real estate practice; however, became more interested in Federal and State Estate Planning and Elder Law. My practice is exclusively limited to Federal and New Jersey Estate Planning, resulting in the elimination and/or reduction of taxation and Probate expenses.
